Curtis Randle EL - Co Founder, Bio Cont.

Curtis C. Randle El, III is a full-service senior financial advisor and managing executive of EL WEALTH ADVISORS LLC. an independent financial planning firm for professional athletes, executives, the retiree and for non-profit philanthropic institutions. He currently holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst designation awarded by fiduciary 360 AIFA®, the financial industries Series 7, Series 66 and Life, Health and Accident Licenses awarded by FINRA.  He is also an NFLPA registered player financial advisor.

Curtis has dedicated his time and energy to developing the community in which he lives. He and is brother Antwaan Randle El of the Pittsburgh Steelers are the co-founders of “The El Foundation”. 

The “El” Foundation strives to provide life-changing opportunities for underserved children and their families across the country. Grants focus on providing basic necessities such as housing, food, clothing, and unique athletic recreational opportunities to help develop exceptional and successful young men and women. The El Foundation has historically served the Chicago, Pittsburgh and Washington D.C. areas. The E stands for Everlasting, the L stands for Love. Everlasting Love = El.

Mr. Randle El currently serves as an active board member for the following organizations;  The Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation, The Financial Industries Network of Pittsburgh, President of Pittsburgh Chapters Indiana University Alumni Association and Keeper of Finance of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. 

Curtis is a graduate of Indiana University- Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. While at Indiana University - Bloomington he was a division I scholarship athlete. Earning a four year letter winner at defensive back on the Indiana Hoosier football team where he was awarded All-Big Ten Conference honors. He completed his graduate degree in the Masters of Studies in Law program at the University of Pittsburgh and a MBA at the University of Pittsburgh Katz graduate school of business.  Curtis is also a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. 

Curtis was raised in Riverdale, Illinois and is the son of Curtis and Jackie Randle El. In addition to being the older sibling of Antwaan Randle El, he is also the older brother to Marcus Randle El.
